(Buffet meals must be purchased separately) (EVENTS MAY NOT BE ADDED AFTER FINAL ENTRY DEADLINE of MAY 9, 2010) REGISTERING WITH O2CM SOFTWARE - Competitor Fees, Hotel Reservations, Buffet Meals, Dance Tickets. After you have entered your information for new accounts or Logged in to the O2cM Registration Program, you will be on the first screen for registering your dance events. At the top of the page located under Competitor Registration is a Link Bar that you may click for Detailed Instructions. After making your entries, Item number 4 has a link bar to take you to your Account and Payment page. Once on this page, pay attention to the "drop down" box in Item 2, number 1. In this drop down menu you have the following choices. Each choice opens windows for selection: Adult Competitor Pass, Youth Competitor Pass, Spectator, Social Dance - Single Admission, Social Dance Couple Admission, Meals, and Hotel Stay. A
special group rate has been negotiated at $95.00 per night (plus tax -
$112.00 total).
Room
Reservations must be made by May 1, 2010 to ensure the group
rate. Help us with our
competition expenses by booking your room reservations through the O2cM
On-Line Registration Program when you register for your events.
(As a tax exempt organization, the Chapter will be able to keep the
"sales tax" portion of all reservations made through us.)
BUFFET MEALS Due to the distance to nearby restaurants, the Marriott Hotel will be providing Buffet Meals for competitors and spectators for lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please click the "BUFFET MENU" on the menu to the left to see the choices being offered for each meal. Adult competitors have the Saturday evening Buffet Dinner included with their package. If you prefer the Friday evening buffet, please drop me an e-mail. The other meals are optional and may be purchased during registration as well. A Buffet Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant. (View the Buffet Menu's by clicking here.) WORKSHOPS FOR SOCIAL DANCERS We will be offering several workshops during the day on Saturday. These workshops will be geared toward the Social dancer. Cost for each workshop will be $10 per person and payable at the door. DANCE PARTY
A social Dance party will be held on Saturday
evening, May 22, from 8:30pm until 11pm. Admission for competitors is
included in your Registration Package. We will ask our winning
couples at Championship Level to grace the floor with an honor dance. The
General Public is invited. Admission is $15 Individual and $25 for a
couple. Contributions for the Scholarship Fund are always welcome.
